Stephanie Nguyen is a strategist, speaker, coach and podcast host known for turning ambition into aligned action. With a background in commerce and construction project management, she brings a grounded, results-driven edge to her work — helping individuals and businesses grow with clarity and purpose.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and pivoting into construction with no network or experience, Stephanie also graduated from a Bachelor of Constructino Project Management, fast-tracking her career from $45K to $100K+ within three years working on multi-million dollar projects across Melbourne and Sydney CBD. Along the way, she realised the traditional career ladder wasn’t designed for self-led thinkers like her — so she built her own.

Now, she helps others do the same. From coaching professionals into high-value roles, to helping service-based founders scale with clarity through her strategy firm Threefold Strategy, Stephanie is known for blending mindset, structure, and storytelling to unlock what's next.

She's the host of the Master of Achievement podcast — a platform that shares the real, raw, and strategic journeys behind ambitious individuals — and speaks on topics like resilience, self-leadership, personal branding, and redefining success on your own terms.
